Advance Patient safety and Quality
Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
And
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience
3 Years clinical experience in a sterile processing department including some supervisory or leadership functions Required
Supervisory or Managerial Experience Strongly Preferred
OR Experience Strongly Preferred
CST Experience a Plus
Licenses and Certifications
CRCST - Certified Registered Central Service Technician Upon Hire Required
Or
CSPDT - Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician Upon Hire Required
Or
CBSPD - Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution Upon Hire Required
Skills
Leadership skills good communication skills problem solving; must perform daily operations within all areas of Sterile Processing Department.
