Hyundai Carson is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales BDC Agent (Automotive Customer Service) to join our team. The Sales BDC Agent serves as a primary interface between the customer and the dealership and responsible for setting sales appointments and generating new sales business for the dealership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is $20 to $23 per hour paid semi-monthly. In addition to attractive compensation the successful candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage paid vacation and paid holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly and courteously
- Schedule sales appointments and follow-up with customers on timely basis
- Provide accurate information about sales recommendations
- Track all customer contact activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Assist customers with general questions about services provided
- Handle customer objections and find solutions
- Follow-up on customers regarding sales visits
- Assist the dealership with additional customer service duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the automobile industry and sales procedures
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
