As a Prime Government Contractor for a U.S Army we are currently searching for a talented professional Senior Business Systems Analyst in Quantico VA.
About the Job
In this opportunity the objective of this new CMS enterprise environment is to provide US Army LE stakeholders with the enhanced capability to rapidly and efficiently manage a variety of LE and Criminal Intelligence (CrimIntel) functions as well as a broader range of senior executive reporting requirements. We will provide IT support services to help DACID operate maintain and secure the existing CIMS environment in support of the Army LE mission under DACIDs expanding role in the law enforcement community.
Responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and good understanding of applicable business system and government requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems to include analysis of business and user needs documents requirements and translates into proper system requirements. Provides input to risk management framework process activities and related documentation (system life-cycle support
plans concept of operations operational procedures and maintenance training materials). Requires knowledge of cybersecurity privacy principles and organizational requirements. Skill in determining how mission systems operate and how changes affect systems operations. Research current technology to understand capabilities or required of mission systems. Collaborates with government to identify and/or develop appropriate solutions. Ability to effectively communicate with others.
Job Requirements
MS/MA in Information Technology with concentration in business analytics with 10 years experience OR BA/BS in Information Technology with concentration in business analytics and 12 years experience. Top Secret Clearance is required for this position.
