Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in driving compliance continuous improvement and quality assurance across the housing contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Lead and manage compliance complaints handling and auditing processes.
- Develop and implement internal and external audit programs to assess and improve procedural adherence.
- Collaborate with Quality & Compliance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed client reports including monthly summaries and performance analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of key contract plans and OHS&E systems.
What Youll Bring
- Qualifications in a building-related OH&S or quality-related discipline with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in quality management systems and compliance auditing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- High-level computer literacy including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and contractual documents and manage reporting requirements.
