As a HR Business Partner youll play a key role in our dynamic Human Resources team supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand. Youll provide HR support and advice in all aspects of HR to include Employee Relations Employment Law Recruitment Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits for CMCs ANZ operations.

What youll be working on
As our HR Business Partner for ANZ youll work closely with leaders to provide advice and support across all areas of HR. Youll be the go-to person for matters including:
- Employee relations and performance management
- Onboarding
- Learning development and coaching
- Remuneration reviews and benefits
- HR systems (including Workday)
Youll also play a key role in enhancing our people strategyeducating and empowering managers building strong cross-functional relationships and promoting a positive performance-driven culture.
What will help you to be successful
Youre someone who enjoys variety takes initiative and builds trust with ease. With 4 years HR experience in either a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role youll bring strong generalist HR knowledge a good grasp of Australian employment law and confidence using HRIS tools (such as Workday). Experience in fast-paced corporate environments is ideal as well as eligibility to work in Australia.
Youll be someone who communicates clearly solves problems quickly and genuinely enjoys supporting people and leaders to be their best.
