Responsibilities:Oversee and manage ServiceNow administration and maintain scripts for automation and process improvement within and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using and support Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions within Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow in scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript Glide).Expertise in CMDB management within understanding of ITSM frameworks and with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
