Job Description
Responsibilities
- Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers - 30%
- Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions - 30%
- Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership - 20%
- Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities - 20%
- US Citizenship
- Bachelors degree
- 10-12 years of experience architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- 10 years of experience leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- 8 years of experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
- 8 years of understanding and experience designing integrations and interfaces with other systems
- 8 years of understanding and experience designing data models
- 8 years of excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications
- 5 years of experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
- 5 years of experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification
- Understanding of other ServiceNow products
- Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM Cornerstone On Demand etc.)
- Understanding and experience with NowCreate
- Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer
- Experience with Federal agencies their requirements and their workflows
- Masters degree
