Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs scripted web services and MID Server integrations.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM CMDB Incident Change Problem Knowledge or custom applications.
- Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery including architecture design development and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews troubleshoot issues and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Maintain documentation of architecture solutions and processes.
- Ensure platform performance scalability and data integrity.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 57 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in IntegrationHub REST/SOAP APIs webhooks and scripted integrations.
- Experience with Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions and Client Scripts.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript GlideScript and modern web technologies.
- Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD Workday SAP or other enterprise tools is a plus.
