Description

Summary:
The Receiving Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the receiving and shipping operations at the facility. This includes coordinating data entry organizing paperwork and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The position also supports general administrative functions within the shipping and receiving department.

$22/ Hr

6am- 2:30 pm

Monday- Friday



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the receiving and staging of materials including drum handling and profile access.
  2. Enter data into WIN Power suite Excel and Outlook particularly for truck-to-truck materials.
  3. Organize and file truck-to-truck paperwork trailer inventories and shipping manifests.
  4. Create and print hazardous waste labels outbound manifests and shipping papers for rejected materials.
  5. Enter lab data and track drum and bulk materials within WIN.
  6. Conduct scanning of storage areas and perform general clerical duties.
  7. Ensure adherence to Clean Harbors policies SOPs and compliance protocols.
  8. Maintain a clean organized work environment prioritizing safety and efficiency.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in Windows-based applications including Outlook and Excel.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Frequent standing walking bending and climbing.
  2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently.
  3. Capable of performing physical tasks including climbing ladders and forklifts.
  4. Requires 20/20 corrected or uncorrected vision with good depth perception.

Other:

  1. Occasional driving of a forklift (training provided).
  2. Compliance with OSHA regulations and company health and safety protocols.
