Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and managing medical education programs by fostering relationships with healthcare providers such as physicians nurses and other clinical professionals to facilitate their professional development and ensure the organization offers high-quality educational opportunities.

Essential Functions
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as medical staff department heads and education committees to identify educational needs and develop comprehensive medical education programs.
-Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to understand their educational needs and promote participation in the organizations programs.
-Organize and manage educational events including scheduling venue selection logistics coordination and securing necessary resources (e.g. speakers audiovisual equipment materials).
-Ensure that the organizations educational programs meet the requirements of accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies responsible for CME.
-Develop marketing strategies and materials to promote medical education programs to healthcare providers.
-Collect feedback from participants instructors and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and impact of educational programs.
