Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Executive (RE)
Location: Naranpura Ahmedabad
Industry: Financial Services
Job Overview:
We are seeking Relationship Executives to build and maintain strong relationships with clients resolve queries and drive business growth by promoting relevant financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Address and resolve customer queries while providing quick and efficient services.
- Keep clients updated about their purchased financial products.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or coverage.
- Conduct client meetings and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle for work-related travel.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting from 30000 (No upper limit based on communication skills & product knowledge)
