Responsibilities
- Paid travel up to 2-3 hours daily and return home at night.
- Efficiently manage Company assigned vehicle and tools.
- Effectively to troubleshoot & complete service work for clients: RTUs Air cooled Screw/Scroll Chillers up to 200 tons low voltage controls and EMS systems as well as part replacement maintenance tasks and pipe brazing while adhering to safety policies
- Utilize service platform application for work orders time tracking and reports.
- Assist in training others in job site duties.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on the job site.
- Conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner in all tasks.
- Dedicate efforts to maintaining the highest level of workmanship at every level both individually and as a team.
Requirements
3-5 years of Commercial HVAC Tech Troubleshoot and maintain package units compressors pumps cooling towers control systems Mechanical skills required to work on a variety of complex HVAC systems. Must have current OSHA 10 Training. Comfortable working around up RTUs up to 30 ton package units low voltage DDC Controls. Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Physical Requirements
- Lift & move 75 lbs
- Have hand tools
- 3-5 years experience working with or installing commercial HVAC systems and Chiller experience
- Will need experience with refrigeration equipment wiring schematics and low voltage controls chillers and packaged HVAC equipment.
- Universal EPA certified - (HVAC Tech)
- Journeyman HVAC preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record.
