Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their office! This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Hire staff including managers and technical experts
- Coordinate/schedule interviews between candidates
- Understand hiring needs role requirements and candidate profiles through communication with managers and HR teams
- Create/manage job postings on various platforms
- Maintain/track candidates through the candidate database and provide updates
- Communicate regularly with candidates through hiring process
- Develop/implement recruitment strategies
- Perform administrative tasks related to onboarding
- If necessary support the candidate through the Visa immigration process
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources business administration or related field
- 5 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws/regulations
- Has an established network of professionals in target sectors (Civil Engineering Rail & Mass Transit Energy) with ability to identify approach and secure top-tier talent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience using recruitment tools/platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards)
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
Salary is commensurate with experience.
