Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to oversee the migration of our applications from 4.7 to Core .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET Core 8 and Entity Framework 6 to EF Core. - Full Stack Development: Design develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components using .NET technologies.
- Blazor Development: Utilize Blazor for building interactive web UIs.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers ensuring best practices and high standards of code quality.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and robust system architectures.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines deliverables and ensure successful project completion.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and migration activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive .NET Experience: Proficiency in Core .NET Framework and .NET Core. C#.NET SQL Server SSIS Azure (Data Factory Logic Apps Data pipelines etc).
- Good to have: VB6.0 Crystal Reports Classic ASP Git and Jira
- Migration Expertise: Proven experience in migrating applications from 4.7 to Core .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET Core 8 and EF 6 to EF Core.
- Blazor Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with Blazor.
- Full Stack Skills: Competence in front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and back-end development.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases

Certified in SC-200, AZ-500, and CEH with a hands-on approach to improving organizational security posture. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Vulnerability Management: o Conduct regular vulnerability scans using Nessus, analyse results, and coordinate remediation plans with infrastructure and application teams. o Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and business impact using CVSS scoring and asset criticality. Security Incident Response: o Investigate and respond to incidents using Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, including log correlation, alert triage, and threat hunting. o Prepare detailed incident reports and support recovery and post-incident analysis. Phishing Analysis & Email Threat Defense: o Analyze reported phishing emails, extract indicators of compromise, and respond using Microsoft security tools and threat intelligence sources.
