As a Logistics Coordinator you ll drive customer success by delivering tailored logistics strategies and presenting high-impact solutions to key decision-makers. Collaborating across teams you ll simplify complex shipping processes and guide clients through a seamless platform experience that enhances efficiency and cuts costs.

Your Daily Tasks
- Guide clients toward smarter supply chain practices using our innovative user-friendly platform
- Craft custom solutions to simplify their shipping and logistics processes both inbound and outbound
- Deliver high-impact presentations to business owners and C-suite leaders who rely on frequent shipping
- Team up with our operations and account management crews to keep customers thrilled
- Sell with purpose using cost-benefit insights to show clients the value of our solutions
- Build a steady stream of new leads while engaging senior-level decision-makers
- Break down complex client challenges and present tech-driven solutions that hit the mark
- Own the proposal process creating coordinating and managing every detail from start to finish
- Get new clients up and running training them on our exclusive shipping platform to ensure success
Requirements

- Bachelor s degree is ideal but not required if there s adequate experience
- At least 1 year of experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles
- Experience in transportation logistics or supply chain is a requirement
