Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role involves coordinating content maintaining clear brand messaging and ensuring all communications align with our company values and voice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and confident working across departments to ensure cohesive and consistent communication.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate written content for internal and external communications
Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases newsletters and announcements
Support communication strategies for events campaigns and public relations initiatives
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure message consistency
Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
Draft and edit company documents talking points and presentations
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools such as email marketing platforms
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
