Job Description

Directly reporting to the Sales Manager in charge of tier 2 & 3 italian customers your overall goal will be to extend companys customer base on your area (Center Italy). Directly accountable for the entire sales cycle your main duties will be:

  • Sell all VusionGroup products portfolio by prospecting new clients or developping existing one (independent retailers and regional retail chains) 
  • Monitor indirect sales through partners 
  • Maintain good relationship with local decision-makers and lobbying
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager in order to locally implement the sales strategies and referencing agreements negotiated with major independent national or international retailers
  • Ensure a close follow-up of clients once the sale is completed in collaboration with internal departments (Sales administration etc.)
  • Update regularly the CRM (Salesforce) tools with opportunities 
  • Participate to events or trade shows on your perimeter

Qualifications :

Qualifications were looking for.   

Possessing extensive experience (3/5 years) in the sales of technical digital products including SaaS IoT devices and services you are well-versed in the retail sector. Your exceptional relationship-building skills span from store-level interactions to engagements with C-level executives. You excel in identifying and articulating the value of solutions to individual customers effectively converting these insights into increased sales.

Driven by a passion for sales and a commitment to success you are highly results-oriented. Your tenacity organizational skills and ability to work autonomously are widely recognized.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily remote with 80% of your time dedicated to traveling for customer meetings. We are looking for someone based in the area of Bologna or Firenze. The HQ of the company is based in Vimercate near Milan.
