A key part of your role involves preparing the daily mis-en-place this preparation work is crucial for efficient service allowing chefs to quickly assemble dishes according to the menus requirements. Additionally youll be responsible for food production across different sections of the main kitchen.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role youll ideally have NVQ Level 2 in Hospitalityor other relevant kitchen qualification. However if youve learned your craft on the job and have perfected your skills without formal qualifications wed love to chat to you too
Additional Information :
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
