Job Description
- Enters/Updates Shop Employees Information
- Enters/Reviews Daily Mechanics Time cards.
- Enters/Reviews Maintenance and Repair Work Orders including any charges related to these work orders.
- Schedules Equipment for PM service.
- Enter Oil Samples
- Review and process Fleet Invoices
- Performs Shop Administration duties such as Updating Shop Calendar Scanning Filing Copying Documentation answering shop telephone/radio typing etc.
- Open PO for Services
- Responds to inquiries from a variety of individuals (e.g. staff managers etc.) in a pleasant demeanor and attitude.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- 1 year of job related experience in general business
SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE SKILLS LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Ten-key
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual English/ Spanish

Pay Range: $20 - $25. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
