Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the in-hotel retail store efficiently and effectively
- Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust integrity and superior performance standards leading by example.
- Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Ensure product placement window displays and visual merchandising align with brand standards
- Monitor sales targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed them
- Create strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the guest experience
- Handle procurement processes including ordering and stock control
- Recruit train and evaluate staff performance
- Oversee sales inventory and cashier processes
- Provide regular reports and budget updates to senior management
- Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
- Make sure that all the company policies and procedures are followed by all the team members.
- Participate in attracting recruiting and onboarding a high performing team.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector (preferably in hospitality or luxury retail)
- Strong leadership skills in team management sales and customer service
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with retail management software is a plus
- Excellent planning organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Guest-oriented dynamic and presentable
