A global medical company that develops and manufactures endovascular products is looking for a Country Manager to increase sales revenue and maintain customer relationships in the Nordics.
This role requires outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical wed like to meet you.
LOCATION: Nordics.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continually meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales techniques.
- Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for them.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage negotiations with purchasing departments in hospitals.
- Manage clinical and professional training for physicians.
- Monitor competition within the assigned regions.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative.
Experience in the Neurovascular field strongly preferred.
Experience in vascular medical devices strongly preferred.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
