Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a System Test Engineer at Bosch you will be a crucial bridge between our valued customers and our talented technical development team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative solutions by designing implementing and executing comprehensive test strategies. Your work will directly impact the success of our products and contribute to a world-class user experience.
 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • System Integration: Ensuring seamless and efficient integration of system requirements.
  • System Validation (End-to-End): Collaborating closely with system developers to verify and validate integrated applications ensuring they meet desired behavior and customer needs.
  • Test Infrastructure: Designing setting up and continuously developing a robust test infrastructure for system validations.
  • Test Automation: Designing and automating test cases to enable efficient and failure-free test execution

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

We are looking for a motivated and skilled System Test Engineer with a passion for quality and a desire to make a real impact.

  1. Education
    • Masters degree in Computer Engineering Control Systems or a related field.
  2. Experience
    • Proven experience in software testing with a focus on system integration and validation.
    • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  3. Know-how
    • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python.
    • Experience with testing methodologies (V&V).
    • Knowledge of Robot Framework (or similar automation tools).
  4. Languages
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  5. Working Style and Methods
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Personality
    • A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve high-quality results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
