What you will do:
- Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances including user management and project configurations.
- Customize Jira workflows screens fields permissions and notifications to meet team needs.
- Implement and maintain JSM projects including service desk configurations SLAs and automation rules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2 years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Jiras customization options (e.g. workflows permissions notifications).
- Experience with advanced customizations including Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or Python is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
