Job Description

 

  • Maintain a detailed working knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 Standard to ensure they are implemented and functioning as expected
  • Perform internal process quality audits specific to the refinery control lab
  • Lead investigations and generate reports to include findings root cause analysis CAPAs corrective action reports etc.
  • Advise Management of any perceived opportunities for improvement of the various quality management processes
  • Facilitate Management Review meetings
  • Assist with training in the lab and the maintenance of required training documentation
  • Assist with the generation of various reports related to our quality management process
  • Administer the labs Interlaboratory Crosscheck Program(s) (ILCPs) participation
  • Take parts and leads INAB and NSAI audit visits.

Qualifications :

  • Education and training: Science Graduate in Chemistry or equivalent science education (Level 7)
  • Necessary job experience: At least 3 - 4 Years experience in a GMP laboratory. GMP experience is a minimum requirement for this position.
  • Understanding of quality systems & maintaining them is of utmost importance for this role.
  • Good organizational skills and strong communication written and verbal
  • Team player flexible to evolving needs with a strong customer service mentality
  • Excellent quality and safety standards
  • Aptitude in lab computer systems including LIMS and Trackwise
