- Maintain a detailed working knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 Standard to ensure they are implemented and functioning as expected
- Perform internal process quality audits specific to the refinery control lab
- Lead investigations and generate reports to include findings root cause analysis CAPAs corrective action reports etc.
- Advise Management of any perceived opportunities for improvement of the various quality management processes
- Facilitate Management Review meetings
- Assist with training in the lab and the maintenance of required training documentation
- Assist with the generation of various reports related to our quality management process
- Administer the labs Interlaboratory Crosscheck Program(s) (ILCPs) participation
- Take parts and leads INAB and NSAI audit visits.
Qualifications :
- Education and training: Science Graduate in Chemistry or equivalent science education (Level 7)
- Necessary job experience: At least 3 - 4 Years experience in a GMP laboratory. GMP experience is a minimum requirement for this position.
- Understanding of quality systems & maintaining them is of utmost importance for this role.
- Good organizational skills and strong communication written and verbal
- Team player flexible to evolving needs with a strong customer service mentality
- Excellent quality and safety standards
- Aptitude in lab computer systems including LIMS and Trackwise
