About The Role
At Sportsbet were all about bold thinking innovation and investing in our people. Were looking for a Learning & Capability Specialist to join our People & Culture team and help drive impactful enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives.
Reporting to the Leadership Capability & Talent Manager youll play a key role in shaping the way we grow our peopledesigning and delivering programs that build leadership capability enable meaningful career pathways and support a culture of continuous learning.
Youll collaborate closely with business leaders People Partners and Centres of Excellence to co-create human-centred solutions that are scalable future-focused and aligned to our strategic prioritiesincluding exciting forward-looking initiatives like our AI Academy designed to uplift digital and data capabilities across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership development programs across all levels
- Support the development of capability and career frameworks that empower growth and progression
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure programs meet real business needs and are adopted widely
- Help manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) to enable seamless learning experiences
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes
- Build strong relationships with external partners and contribute to effective vendor and budget management
About you
- Experience designing and delivering learning or leadership programs in a complex fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of leadership learning and capability development trends and best practices
- A strategic and practical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and an ability to draw actionable insights from data
- A collaborative people-first approachyou enjoy co-creating solutions and enabling others to thrive
