- Monitor infrastructure network and application performance using advanced monitoring tools.
- Identify triage and escalate incidents as needed to ensure swift resolution and minimal downtime.
- Provide first-level support for network system and application-related issues escalating to Development & Azure L3 support teams when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve application errors performance issues and user-reported incidents.
- Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
- Document incidents resolutions and operational workflows for continuous improvement.
- Perform routine system health checks and report anomalies to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders during outages or critical events.
- Develop and maintain incident response playbooks runbooks and escalation protocols.
Requirements
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools preferably Azure Monitor & Prometheus and Grafana dash boards
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud environments.
- Basic networking skills (e.g. TCP/IP DNS VPN firewalls).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure DevOps Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows system administration.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security is a Plus

- 1-3 years of experience in NOC IT operations or application support roles.
