Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 4 months following our next round of funding and validator node sales.
POSITION: VICE PRESIDENT OF CHANNEL STRATEGY AUTHEO ECOSYSTEM
Autheo is seeking a world-class Vice President of Channel Strategy to architect and lead our global partner reseller and systems integrator programsamplifying the reach of our Layer-1 Fullstack Blockchain platform across vertical markets industries and developer communities. This is not a traditional channels role. This is your opportunity to design and execute a global go-to-market ecosystem for one of the most ambitious Web3 platforms ever builtempowering the next generation of decentralized applications infrastructure providers and enterprise adopters.
Autheo is a Fullstack Infrastructure-as-a-Solution Layer-1 blockchain that enables seamless integration of Web2 and Web3 technologies. Our modular ecosystem empowers projects enterprises and developers with the ability to build scale and monetize on-chain solutions without being constrained by legacy SaaS models. This role will require the strategy of a visionary the precision of an operator and the entrepreneurial grit to create a new kind of channels organization from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Channel Program Strategy
Develop and own the global vision for Autheos systems integrator reseller referral and service provider channels.
Write the full business plan for the channels departmentincluding partner tiers revenue models onboarding workflows and compliance frameworks.
Build channel offerings aligned with our core infrastructure: identity compute storage DevHub SDKs and token-based services.
Program Design & Enablement
Architect tiered channel programs tailored to regional markets vertical industries and emerging segments.
Collaborate with internal Product Legal and Ecosystem teams to define participation requirements incentives and co-selling structures.
Build onboarding training and certification systems for partners including education assets playbooks and self-service portals.
Cross-Functional Ecosystem Alignment
Work closely with the DevHub Governance and Business Development teams to align channel efforts with application growth and infrastructure demand.
Coordinate with Ecosystem Marketing to co-create campaigns webinars and developer incentive programs for partners and their customers.
Leverage Autheos Application Catalog and SDKs to drive real usage and monetization for channel-built solutions.
Incentives GTM and Revenue Growth
Structure token and equity-based incentive programs to reward partner performance and long-term alignment.
Define and optimize KPIs for revenue growth activation velocity regional market penetration and ecosystem expansion.
Establish joint solution roadmaps with strategic partners to co-develop offerings that can be distributed through Autheos ecosystem.
Leadership & Team Formation
Build and lead a high-performance team of Partner Managers Solution Architects and Channel Enablement experts.
Guide collaboration between design technical writing and platform leads to create world-class partner-facing materials and documentation.
Represent Autheo at conferences webinars and high-level industry roundtables as a thought leader in Web3 channel strategy.
Qualifications
7 years of experience leading partner/channel programs in enterprise software cloud platforms blockchain or decentralized infrastructure
Proven track record in building successful systems integrator VAR or MSP networksespecially within early-stage or transformative tech ecosystems
Deep understanding of developer ecosystems SaaS-to-Web3 migration and decentralized business models
Strong grasp of token incentives open API marketplaces and SDK-based developer adoption strategies
Experience collaborating with product managers solution engineers legal and design teams to build scalable and compliant partner programs
Exceptional business planning operations and communication skillscapable of aligning startup agility with long-term partner strategy
Entrepreneurial spirit growth mindset and the ability to lead within ambiguity
