The Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our enterprise data capability by bridging the gap between business needs and data solutions. As part of a key reporting initiative and the uplift of our strategic data platform this role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable data deliverables that provide meaningful insights and measurable business value.
This role will work closely with the Marketing team and a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to
understand document and communicate data requirements within a cross-functional agile environment. Responsibilities include refining the product backlog validating data outputs mapping business solutions supporting testing activities and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality data products that meet stakeholder needs.
Operating within a Continuous Delivery team the Data Analyst will contribute to solving business challenges through data-driven solutions. Success in this role will require a strong understanding of business processes the ability to map those processes to business-facing applications and the analytical skills to identify and unlock the value of data within those systems. Strong stakeholder engagement facilitation and core analytical capabilitiesincluding data requirements gathering backlog refinement and testingare essential. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with developers product owners and business representatives to deliver impactful and insight-rich data products.
