Ready to turn raw data into powerful insights DEX Imaging is on the hunt for a sharp curious and detail-obsessed Data Analyst to join our fast-paced innovation-driven team!In this role you will be working in the heart of our Administration team playing a key role in transforming numbers into narratives that drive smart decisions across the business. If you love diving into data spotting trends before anyone else and helping a team win through intelligence and precisionthis is your moment to shine. Lets build the future of imaging together.
What does the job consist of:
The individual in this role will focus on data analytics which would include developing and maintaining key performance metrics with Administration. In addition working with business leaders across functions to document reporting requirements and implementing solutions in an automated manner.
Job Responsibilities to include:
- Individual contributor focused on data analysis and reporting
- Working within the Administrative business unit to develop and maintain reporting processes
- Collaborating with cross functional business units to document requirements that impact Administration
- Working closely with business partners to include Sales Service and Call Center Operations
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred
- High proficiency in MS Suite with a focus in MS Excel
- Experience in Customer Service / Call Center Operations
- Strong verbal and written communication
