We are currently in search of a Chief of Staff and Sr. Vice President of Executive Operations to join our Executive team! The Chief of Staff and Sr. Vice President of Executive Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and executive team ensuring efficient operations strategic alignment and effective execution of key initiatives across the organization. This position requires a highly organized proactive and strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities drive key global strategy projects and facilitate communication between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders including the Board of Directors donors volunteers and media at the direction of the CEO. The Chief of Staff and Sr. Vice President of Executive Operations will oversee the administration of key elements of Feed the Childrens global strategic plans lead special strategic projects and provide high-level operational support to the CEO and executive team. By offering strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail this position will ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office through collaboration and teamwork that contributes to the organizations overall success. This position will report directly to the CEO.
NOTE: This position will be working onsite at our corporate office in Oklahoma City OK.
Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree in business administration management or related field required. MBA preferred.
Experience
7 years of experience in executive operations project management or related roles.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams fostering a collaborative empowering and high-performance environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to visualize and articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Strong project management skills including planning executing and monitoring projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Ability to innovate visualize and think strategically and develop long-term plans that drive organizational goals.
Proficient in data analysis and interpretation with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues develop solutions and implement process improvements.
Strong experience with budget management financial planning and cost control.
Familiarity with dashboard development tools and software as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Any combination of education training and experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.
