About the Role
Were looking for aCustomer Support Specialistto join our Nordic team and support customers in bothSweden and Denmark. Youll be the go-to person for helping users with ourTax and Accounting software productsanswering questions solving problems and making sure they get the most out of our tools.
Our software helps accounting professionals and small businesses manage everything from annual reports to digital signatures and practice management. Its powerful but user-friendly and your job is to make sure our customers feel confident using it.
Youll be part of atight-knit team of support professionalswho are experienced collaborative and know how to have fun while delivering great service. We work closely with colleagues in sales product and development so youll be right at the center of things.
What Youll Do
- Help Swedish and Danish customers with questions about our software (via phone email and support portal)
- Support users of products likeCapego Finsit SmartSign and more
- Accurately log and manage cases in ourCRM system (Salesforce)
- Work closely with our Danish colleague in Aarhus to support local users
- Create helpful content for our digital support portal (FAQs guides etc.)
- Collaborate with product specialists sales and development teams
- Learn how our systems work and grow your technical skills over time
- Participate in internal projects to improve support and customer experience
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to team goals
What Were Looking For
- You speakSwedish Danishfluently (or are confident in both) and are confident in English too
- Youre comfortable with computers and like figuring out how things work
- Youre not afraid to ask questions test things out and learn by doing
- You enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Youre a team player who wants to grow and contribute
- Are eager to learnwell teach you everything you need to know about tax and accounting software
- Willingness to do the occasional travel between Denmark and Sweden
Bonus Points If You
- Enjoy exploring tech and software tools
- Have some experience in customer service or support (but its not a must!)
- Are curious about how digital products are designed and used
- Have a background in IT economics or businessespecially if youve studied accounting
