Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or ticketing system
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide clear effective solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Educate customers on company products services policies and procedures
Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to team knowledge base and process improvements
Meet individual and team performance metrics and KPIs
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain patient professional and composed under pressure
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools (e.g. Zen desk Salesforce)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed
