Sounds great what will I be doing
As ourAssociate Director of Data Ops youll manage two teams that oversee the quality and integrity of our data throughout the pipeline. You will manage the teams efforts in processing data from various consumer surveys ensuring its accuracy and loading it to our customer platform.
Beyond day-to-day management youll drive improvements in tooling documentation and workflows while leading cross-team initiatives. Youll report to senior leadership within the Data Org and collaborate closely with colleagues across Data & ML Automations Research Engineering and Product to support the delivery of our core offerings
Its also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So youll need to be flexible comfortable with continuous change and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.
What do I need to bring with me
Youll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You dont have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youre willing to learn. Heres what the team will be looking for:
Demonstrable experience using Python/SQL to manipulate and transform data
