Position Summary
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment and wants to influence business outcomes coach leaders and drive operational excellence across multiple branches.
What Youll Do
Oversee Branch Managers and operations to ensure consistency efficiency and customer satisfaction across all locations.
Provide high-level operational leadership including financial planning resource management and strategic collaboration with executive leadership.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Coach and mentor Branch Managers to grow as confident decisive leaders.
Support sales efforts by partnering with the sales team to identify and act on new opportunities.
Contribute to business planning forecasting and modeling ensuring goals are aligned and achievable.
Ensure the accuracy of P&L reporting and hold teams accountable to revenue and profit expectations.
Identify deficiencies and execute action plans to address them.
Evaluate and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); manage by exception and drive operational improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service leaders to increase customer retention and grow top-line revenue.
Oversee acquisition integrations ensuring smooth transitions and cultural alignment.
Set and model expectations for professionalism communication and attendance.

What Youll Bring
5 years in the pest control industry or similar service environment with 5 years of management experience.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach motivate and hold teams accountable.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.
Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
Skilled in operational leadership and managing large diverse teams.
Experience with public speaking conducting presentations and executive communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and data reporting tools.
Confident in managing performance interviewing hiring and team development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary Range 100-125k with bonus.
