Role Overview:

The Contracts Logistics Center (CLC) Sales Engineering Manager is a frontline leader for the North American CLC team in Florence SC responsible for eLogistics user support product and cost administration as well as deviation and technical support for our sales force.

The CLC Sales Engineering Manager will directly manage the following:

  • Deviation management
  • Sales Engineering

The CLC Sales Engineering Manager will be based at our North American manufacturing facility in Florence SC working in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing objectives for direct reports and ensuring the duties responsibilities and accountability of all direct reports are defined and understood
  • Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of output to support task/project delivery expectations
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback
  • Assisting with employee development and training
  • Driving results by managing through the team and utilizing team strengths
  • Driving continuous improvement processes and initiatives within the team Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and upholding company values ethics mission and vision



What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelors degree required (engineering or technical degree is preferred but not required)
  • Have experience in the elevator industry and familiarity with elevator components and systems
  • Demonstrate the ability to design and build productivity tools.
  • Have 5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment including knowledge of project management tooling materials and machining processes
  • Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving skills
  • Focused on delivering results
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to read engineering documents
  • A self-motivated personality
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Effective Leader
  • Excellent communicator
  • Dedicated to process improvement
  • Able to work in cross-functional and global teams respect individual differences and welcome diverse thinking
  • Cost accounting experience
