Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving mental health treatment. Our Admissions team members ensure that every possible patient and family member feel taken care of by Charlie Health. In this role youll work to facilitate admission for hundreds of at-risk youth.
This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical part of aiding our patients as you will be their first introduction to Charlie Health. Your responsibilities are directly tied to our core mission increasing the number of people we can treat every day.
In this role youll adhere to strict timelines and documentation standards. Youll be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific admission quotas to ensure a seamless process for potential patients and families. Your performance will be measured against key KPIs including admission rates patient satisfaction scores and time-to-admission metrics

Please note that this role is not available to candidates in Illinois and California.
Note to Colorado applicants: Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $54000 and $60000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range including potential bonus will be between $66000 and $84000 per year. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. #LI-remote
