What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties
- Maintaining client relationships and handling communications
- Overseeing rent collection and property accounting
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Negotiating and interpreting leases rent reviews and licences
- Handling lease renewals and associated documentation

- Experience in Commercial Property Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Relevant property or surveying qualifications beneficial
