Job Description
GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add an individual to join our team as a Grounds Technician in Bakersfield CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!
This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of a large community in Bakersfield including 4 pool areas fitness center buildings parking lots/structures trash areas and common areas with lots of walking.

WHAT YOULL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:
- Enhance our community - Youll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
- Build rapport with customers - Youll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
- Respond to service requests - Youll launch into action when grounds issues arise collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
- Notice the details - Youll walk the property daily inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
