Tasks

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Data Center Technician you together with your team are responsible to ensure that electrical and mechanical maintenance works inspections & building related installations are delivered on our contracted sites in the Brussels area. Your main tasks include the following:

• Conduct daily (mechanical / electrical) inspection tours and routine checks on site
• Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment including servicing and maintenance
• Deliver mechanical and/or electrical maintenance works as well as installations
• React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed
• Work with third-party vendors ensuring compliance with company-developed processes procedures and all applicable laws and regulations
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment
• Manage service-related administration

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in a relevant technical discipline (Electrician / Mechanical / HVAC etc.) or equivalent
• You have initial experience with maintenance and repair work knowledge of electrical/mechanical installations preferrably in critical environments
• Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
• Reliable and solution-oriented personality with a strong eye for quality & service delivery
• Good understanding of technical installations and the openess to constantly develop your skills further
• Ability to work shifts
• Organizational with an inquisitive mindset
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word Excel Outlook etc.
