Were searching for a Melbourne based Deployment Technician Productionto join ourWorkforce Products Deployment team so that we can ensure smooth upgrades migrations and deployments for our customers worldwide. The Deployment Technician will execute deployment activities troubleshoot issues and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable high-quality outcomes that strengthen our mission of safer better healthcare for all.
Performupgrades in pre-production and production environments across all geographies to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
Assistin migrating environments to new platforms by following structured procedures and collaborating with internal teams.
Monitordeployment and migration activities to ensure timely and successful execution.
Identify and troubleshootissues during upgrades or migrations escalating as needed to maintain service quality.
Communicateclearly with customers about schedules status updates and issue resolutions.
Collaboratewith internal teams to streamline workflows resolve technical issues and enhance deployment processes.
Documentlessons learned and maintain accurate records of deployments to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Supportprocess improvements CI/CD pipeline maintenance and Terraform-based environment migrations to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
Adaptoperational procedures to evolving requirements applying technical judgment to ensure reliable delivery.
Experience performing deployments upgrades or migrations in pre-production and production environments.
Availability and willingness to perform weekly out-of-hours upgrade activities which will be compensated
Skilled in troubleshooting operational issues and applying structured problem-solving techniques.
Experience assisting with process improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams across multiple geographies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and environment transitions.
Experience using Terraform (or equivalent IaC tools) for environment migrations.
Ability to work independently adapt to evolving requirements and maintain accurate records.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to deployment and process management.
