Job Description

AWS is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join their Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This role combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence where youll use data analysis and modelling to support Sales Leaders and their teams. Youll play a key role in maintaining business health and driving data-informed decisions across the region.

This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. Youll be instrumental in delivering monthly reports and conducting specialized business analyses that directly impact our decision-making processes.

Key Focus Areas:
Managing sales performance reporting analysis
Conducting data quality audits
Creating reports using diverse data sources
Delivering actionable insights to stakeholders

What Youll Bring:

Key job responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
o Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights
o Design and deliver both regular and on-demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements
Strategic Planning & Reporting
o Maintain monthly health of the business models
o Create and manage various financial modeling projects
o Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms
Metrics & Performance Management
o Monitor and evaluate existing performance metrics
o Identify opportunities for new metrics development
o Transform complex data into actionable recommendations
Business Intelligence
o Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions
o Provide data-driven recommendations through detailed analysis
o Create customized reports to address specific business needs

- - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- - Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
- - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science Engineering or related field

- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
- Experience in finance business management and sales operations
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
