Job Description
General Summary: NuWaves a premier supplier of RF Systems RF Products and Engineering Design Services is actively a seeking talented and highly motivated Marketing Administrator with 2 to 6 years of experience in marketing in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. The Marketing Administrator is responsible for all aspects of NuWaves brand awareness including social media website blogs print advertising and more. This individual will work directly with NuWaves business development teams to support the overall marketing strategy.
Performance Objectives:
- Within 90 days develop implement and execute effective web marketing strategies to increase NuWaves brand awareness and sales conversions inclusive of the following:
- Social Media Presence (Facebook YouTube Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Front-end Website Maintenance (WordPress SEO Amazon Web Services)
- Blog Content
- Google Analytics and AdWords Maintenance (monitor analyze report)
- Within 90 days proactively identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for improved web presence and audience experience.
- Within 30 days collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content across a variety of platforms including website and social media.
- Within 60 days assume ownership of all administrative advertising and marketing activities to support the strategic goals of NuWaves.
- Generate a working understanding of NuWaves business system within 60 days with the goal of contributing to system improvements thereafter. This includes understanding the company strategy and working within NuWaves Quality Management System.
Typical Education and Experience: Associates/Bachelors degree in related field and 2-6 years of experience in similar role managing web marketing.
