Job Description
Job Title: Creative Art Director
Location: Nashville TN
Job Summary:
Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Art Director to support advertising and marketing projects across print and digital channels. This is a contract-based role where compensation is determined per project. The Art Director will be responsible for concept development and design execution across a wide variety of media formats in alignment with strategic direction provided by the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Develops creative concepts and designs for:

Print advertisements
-
Web and interactive ads
-
Marketing collateral
-
Annual reports
-
Billboards
-
Business presentations
-
Illustrated infographics
-
-
Responds to new project requests within 24 hours with a quote and estimated delivery timeline
-
Collaborates with the Marketing Director on design strategy and selection of design elements
-
Coordinates with internal and external production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
-
Prepares and delivers native design files and complete specifications including fonts colors paper stock and sizes
-
Completes Production Input Forms for all deliverables

Reviews production proofs for quality control and error correction
-
Adheres to project deadlines even within tight timeframes

Keeps up-to-date with current design software tools and techniques
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in graphic design or art direction
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant tools

Strong communication and time management skills
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Must be detail-oriented and organized
-
Experience in both print and digital media required
Work Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the United States

This role is based in Nashville TN and may require in-person meetings depending on project scope
