Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Global Program Manager to lead high-impact multi-country deployments across a dynamic global landscape. This role requires exceptional cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement serving as the operational linchpin between internal teams legal counsel regional leadership and external partners. The ideal candidate will excel at aligning global strategy with local -ensuring scalability compliance and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates multi-country deployments; liaises with legal counsel and regional teams to ensure legal operational and technical alignment across jurisdictions.
- Drive end-to-end program -from planning through deployment-while adapting global frameworks to meet local market nuances.
- Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams spanning engineering compliance operations and business units.
- Identify risks dependencies and blockers proactively and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and quality.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports dashboards and briefings on program status regulatory compliance and deployment timelines.
- Establish and enforce governance standards that promote accountability transparency and consistent stakeholder engagement.
- Champion continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into deployment playbooks and future initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of progressive experience in international program or project management preferably within IT technology telecom or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven success managing complex multi-region rollouts involving cross-functional coordination.
- Strong partner/vendor management skills across international markets.
- Exceptional communication skills cultural fluency and ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes in fast-paced evolving environments.
