How Youll Create Possibilities

As a Senior Material Flow Engineer youll:

Drive Lean Manufacturing Excellence

  • Implement key lean methodologies such as Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Single Piece Flow (SPF) and other core principles.

  • Oversee material flow and supplier management for seamless production support.

  • Optimize transportation packaging and shop floor flow strategies to enhance efficiency.

Deliver Operational Impact

  • Exceed operational goals in scheduling inventory management transportation costs and cycle times.

  • Manage cutting-edge IT tools to streamline materials processes and drive cost reductions.

  • Interface across departments to align material strategies with production goals.

Champion Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a problem-solving culture that empowers your team to identify and resolve challenges.

  • Lead kaizen events and drive waste reduction initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to safety quality and operational standards while championing innovative solutions.

Inspire Leadership and Development

  • Provide mentorship and career development for a high-performing cross-functional team.

  • Develop future leaders through coaching training and talent development initiatives.

  • Partner with HR to uphold fair and consistent policies while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.

  • 5 years of experience in logistics distribution or supply chain with expertise in lean production methodologies.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and robotic languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations.

  • Six Sigma certification and a track record of leadership success.
