Roebuck Law Firm a rapidly growing and award-winning Personal Injury Law Firm in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to handle a variety of case management responsibilities and provide support in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution ensuring that all aspects of the case are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of personal injury law excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients medical providers and insurance adjusters.
In this dynamic role you will be empowered to advocate for our clients identify issues that may arise during the case process and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of personal injury files ensuring timely progression through each stage of the process.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates answer questions and address concerns.
- Collect and organize necessary documentation including medical records and bills.
- Investigate claims and gather relevant evidence to support the case.
- Work in collaboration with attorneys to prepare cases for litigation and settlement.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency in case management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 3 years of experience in personal injury case management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and case management processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently.
- Proficiency in case management software is preferred; experience with Filevine is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to client advocacy.
