This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of both marketing strategy and execution especially within the Amazon and marketplace ecosystem.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and elevating the brand for vendors aiming to sell on Amazon via Sparkles while also providing strategic and logistical marketing support to the internal team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and brand builder with a proven track record of helping businesses scale and stand out in competitive digital marketplaces.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and credibility among potential Amazon vendors
Oversee brand positioning messaging and creative direction for Sparkles and its vendor partners
Lead marketing campaigns to attract high-quality vendor relationships
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent brand execution and support operational goals
Manage marketing calendar budgets performance tracking and vendor engagement metrics
Create marketing assets and content across digital channels including email social media and landing pages
Provide strategic input on product-market fit and competitive positioning
Ideal Qualifications:
5 years of marketing experience ideally in e-commerce or Amazon-based businesses
Strong brand-building copywriting and campaign execution skills
Experience managing internal teams and external vendors
Familiarity with Amazon marketplace marketing strategies
Highly organized results-driven and collaborative
