Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to 40000
Were working with a beautiful nurserywith a wonderful outdoor garden and a true sense of community. The nursery is now looking for a confident experienced and caring Nursery Manager to lead their team and continue building on their quality and care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early years professional to step into a leadership role where your vision and experience will be truly valued. Youll be joining a supportive passionate team who put childrens wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do.
What Were Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Ofsted standards and safeguarding responsibilities
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A warm child-focused approach with a passion for early years learning

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Ensure the highest standards of care education and safeguarding
- Support and develop a dedicated team of early years professionals
- Build strong relationships with children families and external agencies
- Monitor and improve practice to ensure continuous development
