Job Description
Job Title: Deputy Manager - Childrens Residential
Location: Durham
Salary: 14.22 - 15.32 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Number of Sleeps Required: 2-3 per week
Pay Per Sleep: 30 per sleep
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with BESD (Behavioral Emotional and Social Difficulties)
Home: Multi Bed
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent)
Experience in Years: Minimum 1 year of relevant supervisory experience and 12 months in a residential setting with young people with challenging behavior
Employment Type: Permanent

A caring compassionate individual passionate about supporting young people in achieving positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams managing challenging behaviors and working within a residential care setting. Strong organizational communication and leadership skills are essential.
