Were looking for a friendly knowledgeable person to join our passionate Kitchen and Beer Hall team at our amazing location at Everards Meadows as a Sous Chef.
Various shift patterns including evenings weekends and bank holidays
Main duties/responsibilities will include:
- To work with the Kitchen Manager and help run the kitchen when they are not present and to cover any duties when required including training recruitment and the people.
- Ensure the kitchen is compliant and cleaning standards are high and that we keep achieving the highest hygiene rating.
- Keeping up to date with the menu and have an input with new menu ideas.
- Produce high quality food.
About you:
- Be friendly with a good work ethic.
- A strong team player.
- Calm patient polite and respectful.
- Possess good customer service skills.
- Have excellent communication abilities.
